The garage has one main entry and exit. It is located off of East Capital St. Capital Street runs east and west, connecting South 4th Street to South 5th Street in Downtown Columbus.

There are two pedestrian access points. One off of Capital Street and one near the entry lane. A transient ticket is required when re-entering the facility on foot.  This facility offers 24/7 call center support to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
